• Love isn't just a feeling

This quote feels like something my nervous system understands.

There have been seasons in my life when everything felt uncertain… when grief, change, or old patterns rose up and tried to pull me away from myself.

And in those moments, I’ve learned something simple and sacred:

      Love isn’t just a feeling.
Love is a place I can “return to”.

Sometimes that return looks like stepping outside at sunrise and letting the sky remind me that life keeps renewing itself.
Sometimes it looks like reaching for a warm hand, a trusted friend, a prayer, a breath.
And sometimes… it looks like walking out to the horses and letting their steady presence bring me back into my body.

Because love beckons me—again and again—toward what is true.

      Toward what gives me joy.
Toward what softens the tight places.
Toward what helps me remember: I don’t have to carry everything alone.

If you’re in a challenging season right now, consider this your gentle invitation:

      Reach out.
      Let yourself be held.
Choose one small thing today that reconnects you to joy—without earning it, proving it, or explaining it.

And if all you can do is take one breath and whisper, “Bring me back to love,”
      that’s enough.

      Love is still here.
And you can center yourself in it—right now.
