This sweet girl right here is my oldest granddaughter… and being with her makes “spread love everywhere you go” feel so simple and so real.

Because love isn’t always a grand gesture.
It’s the way we look at someone.
The way we listen.
The way we speak when we’re tired.
The way we choose kindness—even in the middle of ordinary life.

When I’m with her, I’m reminded that love is something we “practice”… and what we practice becomes what we pass on.

So today I’m holding this as my intention:
to leave every space a little softer, a little brighter, a little more human—because I was there.
