• Quiet moments...

When I first brought Saphira home, I knew someone sacred had entered my life.

There was a quiet majesty about her, a depth in her presence that seemed to reach beyond words. And then my grandson Izaac came out to meet her. Watching the two of them together in that first moment felt like witnessing something tender and timeless—an unspoken recognition, a gentle meeting of hearts.

Izaac’s hand on Saphira’s face, his young spirit meeting her calm wisdom, is a memory I hold so dearly. Horses have a way of opening something in us that is pure and true, and in that moment, I could feel the stillness, innocence, and love that lived between them.

This photo reminds me that some of life’s most meaningful beginnings are quiet. They do not announce themselves loudly. They arrive softly, and yet they change us forever.
