It still amazes me how much healing can happen, even through a screen.

This image reminds me that connection is not limited by distance. On this video call, what mattered most was not being in the same room, but creating a space where my client could feel seen, heard, and supported. So often, transformation begins the moment we are willing to tell the truth about where we are and open to a new possibility.

I have witnessed again and again that the stories we carry can either keep us small or become the doorway to something greater. When a woman begins to question the story that says she cannot, everything starts to shift. New choices appear. New strength rises. And what once felt far away begins to feel possible.

This is the beauty of this work. Whether at the sanctuary or through a screen, healing begins when we are willing to see ourselves differently.
