I am a transformational guide, author, and facilitator who has spent more than 25 years walking with people on their healing journeys. Through my Sanctuary near Spokane, WA, I hold spaces where individuals and groups can discover the power of presence, embodiment, and relational healing—often with the support of horses in constellation work.

My own journey into this work was born through profound loss and the breaking open of silence. The passing of my granddaughter Ciara and my grandson Izaac shook me deeply, awakening me to the lifelong patterns of suppression that had muted my authentic voice. Choosing to step out of silence and into truth became a defining moment—one that continues to shape the way I live, teach, and serve. From that place of transformation, I have committed myself to helping others find their voice, release inherited burdens, and embody their true nature.
