Intro Bio	My personal healing journey started 2 years after my Dad passed away from cancer. I was in school for hair styling and owned my own salon and was basically living in fight or flight. I was around age 29 when I was introduced to my first Reiki healer. I had no idea what Reiki was but I was instantly drawn to her and her offerings. During that time I worked on not only the grief of losing my Dad but so much more. My childhood traumas of having an alcoholic Father who frequently abandon me, emotionally abusive boyfriends and my struggles with disordered eating. Reiki showed me an entirely new way of healing and I was hooked. 2 years later I started my Reiki level 1 and 2 training and became certified after having my son in 2018. Not long after that, when the World shut down, I was forced to close my salon for 3 months and that is when I found EFT Tapping. Again I was immediately drawn to my now mentor’s energy and knew I had found something incredible. I joined her membership and it wasn’t long after that I was in her certification to become certified as an EFT Tapping coach. I mentored her next round of students and started doing Tapping online and in various groups, including the Healthy Habits Club, which I still coach in weekly. Last year I became certified in Sound Healing and have added the modality to most of my offerings. I do in person women’s healing circles and retreats, online classes and 1:1 coaching. After over 2 decades in the beauty industry and helping men and women feel their best on the outside, I truly find myself transitioning to help people feel their best from the inside out. Working on your emotional well being is practice that needs to be prioritized daily and it is my mission to help people become truly dedicated to their practices.
Fun Fact!	I am in an adult Hip Hop class and we compete in 4 different competitions this year.
