Personal Details

Hello!! Thank you for BEing here with me! My journey is too long to recapitulate in this space but I will highlight the bullet points. I started off as a hospice nurse 24 years ago. That was the beginning of my awakening to what was possible. Working as a death worker prepared me for living. It was with one of my patients that energy work found me. It literally found me. I had no idea what I was doing but I was guided to lay hands, and when I did, miracles happened. My Patient, who was suffering from intractable pain finally felt relief and was able to leave her body in peace.  That was the beginning. From there I continued my death work journey, became a massage therapist, learned many styles of energy work, and became a death doula. Ten years ago I was gifted with my first experience of cancer. That was yet another journey. After take two, I apprenticed as a curandera and started working with sacred Earth Medicine. I finally left nursing, as working in the system was breaking my heart and wearing my soul down. As far as education is concerned, I have my bachelors in psychology and am working on my masters in consciousness and human potential. I have many certifications and won’t bore you with the details, but will happily share with anyone interested.
so… what do I do now?

I have a practice in Colorado that offers energy work, massage, death doula services, somatic trauma resolution, spiritual coaching, meditation instruction, and hypnosis 😮‍💨. I can offer the Somatic Trauma Resolution, hypnosis, energy work, meditation instruction, and spiritual coaching from a distance and have done so successfully for some time.
