I am a women’s holistic health practitioner that specializes in supporting women heal their hormones through root cause healing. I combine your unique story, functional testing, foundational lifestyle modalities, and energy healing for a true mind & body transformation.

In our 6 months’ time together we have (7) 1:1 sessions together to really deep dive into your health and your healing plan. The program also includes all the functional testing that you need, bi-weekly accountability check-ins, and assess to me 24/7 so that you have a coach in your back pocket for questions.
