      Today we will be exploring resistance. Like a river that meets a boulder, resistance is the stubborn stone that diverts the flow of our lives. It whispers, “Hold on, stay the same,” even as the universe sings, “Let go, evolve.” When we resist, we become the architects of our own barriers, crafting walls from fear and doubt. Yet every stone can be a stepping stone, a playful invitation to dance with what is. Imagine resistance not as an enemy, but as a teacher in disguise, inviting you to deepen your trust in the flow of life. When we soften into the moment, the river of presence gently erodes the edges of our resistance, revealing the path of least resistance, which is simply life’s natural course. 🌊

        As an older person, I find it increasingly difficult to “go with the flow” of life. I don’t embrace unpredictably well, but I’m working on it!

        And given that Life is constantly changing and evolving, I am learning to meet resistance with Trust.

        Trust in the Divine, and Trust in my Higher Self.

        And, for Tarot readers out there,

        I can tell you that I find The Wheel of Fortune to be an unsettling card on its own, and most certainly when followed by such cards as The Tower, Devil and most Swords!

        I pulled The Wheel of Fortune, The Tower, The Devil and The Moon yesterday, and my day was NOT easy!!
