I came to a place where it was like, I need to do something. I was hitting different walls. Right after having an impromptu conversation with a friend of mine who was Cheryl’s client, I reached out. Things happened in our sessions that I didn’t fully realize until they kind of manifest later. The sessions are like planting the seeds, and you don’t really realize it, they’re like little miracles. I’ve really learned to use my voice without any guilt or fear after the fact. The meditations to me are absolutely golden. They are so wonderfully unique and special. Cheryl’s program has been like a great support system. There are certain situations that may show up in your life, whether it’s family, work, your relationships, whatever it is, standing at the grocery store, whatever and this is a great support system. It’s more about being inside my body with myself. Because a part of that is actual, this also being in the elements of spirit in the universe. And God, if you want to call it that. I definitely recommend Cheryl and her program.

When I first met Cheryl over a year ago, I was at rock bottom. I had just nursed my husband of almost 50 years through the last three years of his final illness. In addition to dealing with the grief of his passing, I had just lost a deep friendship of 35+ years , and I had just come out of surgery and was reeling from the impact. As Cheryl described it later I was going through the dark night of the soul. At the time all that I knew was that I was having a terrible time choosing to stay alive, quite literally. When I first started to work with Cheryl I was just ready to start my speaking career again and I went to a speaking workshop to get my self confidence up and I met Cheryl. My biggest challenge at that time was attracting clients, the right group of people to help me and to start paid speaking gigs. I learned that just talking therapy doesn’t get trauma out of the body. Cheryl’s tremendous genius in her work, guidance and direction took me deeper with traumas than I even know I had. It was deeper than psychotherapy and other trauma modalities I had done. I went to Cheryl to get help with sorting out and putting into action the next steps in my spiritual development, and also to work on physical and emotional health issues with a healer who could see energy. Cheryl has been amazing on both counts. She can see and read both the health and damage located in our chakras, and she can then guide her clients through a healing process specific to what she finds. I have suffered from chronic pain and severe migraine headaches ever since I was a kid. After I started working with Cheryl, my energy levels have been so good that: • I have been working out almost every other day for the past month and a half. Before Cheryl, working out at the gym was almost impossible due to my low energy levels. I have spent thousands of dollars on different workout programs, personal trainer fees, etc.. for the past 7 years. Nothing was able to move the needle this much. It’s truly amazing how much I’m able to do since I started working with her. • I never used to be able to bike for more than 10 minutes, but I had my first 5 mile bike ride just this past week.
