I was surrounded by cancer from a very young age. My mother, along with nearly every member on her side of the family, was diagnosed with breast, colon, prostate, or brain cancer.

This wasn’t foreign to me. I grew up watching each of them walk their own path through illness. Over time, I came to understand that cancer wasn’t simply a matter of bad luck. It was the result of a complex interplay between environmental, emotional, and energetic factors. Cancer, is not the enemy, it’s a symptom, a consequence.

I also came to deeply believe that the body is never working against us. It is always striving to heal, to repair, to protect. Our bodies are our allies—the sacred vessels we chose as souls to experience life on Earth. Sadly, many people become disconnected from their bodies, even feeling betrayed by them.

As I went through my own healing journey in my early twenties, I gained a deep sense of empowerment. I realized that with the right knowledge, nothing could stop me from healing. Understanding the causes and mechanisms of my illness helped me see my body as a true ally—and my illness as an invitation for growth.

Over the years, I dedicated myself to researching the deeper roots of cancer and began supporting others on their healing journeys. As I did, something within me shifted. My intuition sharpened. My hands began to tingle. I felt a powerful call to begin working with energy. This was the beginning of Kind Healing.

When I began to integrate both the physical and energetic dimensions of healing, everything changed. My clients began to experience breakthroughs—faster, deeper, and more sustainable. I never looked back.

This whole-body approach allows healing to occur on every level, helping to prevent relapse and lay strong foundations for lasting health.

As word spread, my waitlist grew. Eventually, I could no longer keep up. Some people waited months. Others, heartbreakingly, passed away before we could even speak. That’s when I knew I had to make this work available to everyone, no matter where they were in the world. And so, Own Your Healing was born.
