Hello! I am here to share holistic wellness wisdom gathered over the last 30 years with community & beyond..
Mother of 4, BA in Natural Health Studies, Certified Aromatherapist, Certified Cannabis Coach & Certified Yoga Teacher. I began one of the first Green Living shops almost 20 years ago. I have always had a strong connection to mother nature & became an activist for earth at the young age of 17. My passion & purpose is to help others become healthier versions of themselves, while supporting the planet!! I love to give back to organizations supporting sustainability for future generations as well ~ My knowledge stems from research in healing my family throughout the last 30 years as well as several years of study, graduating with my Natural Health degree (B.A.,CNHP) in 2008. I have since expanded my knowledge and grown to believe strongly in the power of medicinal Mushrooms (including studying w/ Paul Staments) and Herbs (many years of study & practice), including Cannabis (Certified Cannabinoid Coach since 2020) in Healing the body, mind & spirit.
