I’m a practicing naturopathic doctor in Ontario Canada, and have been for the last 16 years! Spiritual growth went right along side that and I have done meditation, shamanism, medical intuition, grief group facilitation and somatic work. I love teaching and being around communities where growth and well-being are honoured, where black and white thinking is challenged, and we are loved in the process!
Fun Fact!

I love singing, and have professionally sang for years, and paid for myself to get through school that way too! 🙂
