| Intro Bio | I’m a certified holistic health coach, creator of “Expand” — a 3-month intuitive wellness coaching program, yoga teacher, cacao ceremony & breathwork practitioner, and Founder of Madre Tierra Wellness Farm in Livingston, TX. I’ve been on a quest to find deeper meaning and understanding of the human condition. Unbeknownst to me, I started my healing journey when I said ‘yes’ to drug and alcohol recovery in 2014. I’ve since become more aware of myself and have begun to remember who I am at my core – a DIVINE, magical, majestic, POWERFUL, co-creating being. My intention is to share that mind, body & soul healing is possible. That our bodies are constantly informing us of dis-regulation and that ultimately possess all the tools and answers within to live a more full and authentic life. I deeply believe, expanding the mind and purifying the body of stagnant energies, aligns us with our soul’s deepest calling. Bringing health and wellness to the whole in hopes to inspire others to step into their most authentic expression IS my ultimate mission.
