Hi, I’m Sheri a Reiki Master and Master Sound Healer.

My journey started 6 years ago when my health started to decline and my life was falling apart. During my journey of self-discovery and healing, I learned how past trauma can affect you emotionally, physically and can cause illness if it’s not reconciled. This is what happened with me, and I had made decisions in my life that were not in alignment with my true self.

I learned that the trauma I experienced in my childhood and teenage years led me to have limiting beliefs about myself, abandonment issues and fear. I struggled to see the amazing person I was and that I was enough. I am continuing my journey and discovering more about myself and what needs to be done to heal.

I was introduced to Reiki and Sound Healing, and this is when I developed a deep interest in how sound, vibrations and energy can have a profound impact on one’s life. As my journey continued, I felt I was being called by a higher power to serve others. I was so passionate about how I felt that I closed my accounting business of over 18 years and made it my mission to educate and help as many people as possible to heal and connect with their inner self. I work with a lot of people who are dealing with addiction and trauma. As an energy and sound healer my goal is to help others find hope, harmony, balance, and healing to live their best life possible.
