The power of letting go of guilt, forgiving yourself and others..
I believe a big part of suffering that humans deal with, and start with is guilt. Not being able to change things that has come and gone, things that one may not be proud of or wish they would have done differently. Being unable to forgive and let go, and accepting what is, and what is not, holds one back from seeing the true beauty in themselves, others and the world in general. Life is a rollercoaster of ups and downs, nothing is perfect, the more imperfect or harder it my seem, the bigger the lessons to be learned. If people can look in the mirror, say to themselves ” i forgive you” and “i love you” and truly mean it on a fundamental level, forgiving others becomes much easier aswell. Life starts to shift in profound ways. When your self worth is beaming with unconditional love, you mirror and radiate that love the rest of the world. Getting there takes time, but it is worth every second for the beauty that comes with forgiveness. To learn to forgive yourself and others, no matter how shameful and painful it may seem, even to just dig down that deep, may be unpleasant, but it leads to liberation and a solid foundation to start living a life with a free mind and body to make room for an endless circulation of love, gratitude and healing. Instead of resentment, sadness and anger. This life is a beautiful journey, filled with beautiful people, spread forgiveness and in turn spread love, good wellbeing and freedom.
My thought for the day!

Beautiful share, Tanner. Forgiveness is pure alchemy—releasing guilt so love can flow again, within and without. Thank you for this gentle reminder to meet ourselves with compassion. 🙏✨
