Quoting other people’s wisdom, doing what your grandma, school, or society says is “right,” even thinking thoughts that aren’t even yours?

Meanwhile, your soul is backstage like:🎭 “Umm… hello? Can I get a mic here?!”

🧠 Are you twisting your truth into a pretzel, shoving your real feelings into a tiny drawer labeled “later,” just to fit some made-up mold?

Spoiler alert: the mold is broken. You were never meant to fit in it anyway.

💼 Are you pouring your energy into a job that pays your bills but starves your soul, just so people will say “wow, you’re successful”?

(But deep down you’re Googling “how to run away and live in a forest” every Monday.)

👯‍♀️ Are you hanging out with energy vampires, laughing at jokes you don’t find funny, nodding through conversations that make your third eye roll — just so you don’t have to be alone with your amazing self?

🛍️ Buying things you don’t care about to impress people you don’t even like?

(Credit card says ouch, soul says meh.)

🤣 Smiling when your soul just wants to go full potato mode?

Yup. We’ve all been there. “I’m fine.” = Famous last words of the spiritually disconnected.

📸 And what about social media — are you posting just to collect those dopamine hits from likes, hearts, and emoji replies?

📎 Why are we flooding the feed with empty picture posts, no words, no insight, no vibe?

Just copy-paste, drop, and ghost. That’s not expression — that’s decoration.

✨ Empty interaction is like throwing glitter into the wind and calling it connection.

Pretty. But meaningless.

🌬️ If this is you — just pause.

Not to feel bad. Not to spiral. Just to breathe.

Because here’s the truth, gorgeous soul:

🌟 Validation that doesn’t come from within is never enough.

You’ll keep chasing more: more likes, more claps, more approval cookies.

But they won’t fill the void. Only YOU can do that.

To be free. To speak. To rest. To dance weirdly. To cry at sunsets. To just exist — wildly, truthfully, unapologetically.
