Growth lives in the “wait… maybe I was wrong about that” moments.
In the awkward pauses. In the “oh wow, I never saw it that way before” kind of conversations.
So let’s drop the need to always be right, and pick up curiosity instead.
Listen instead of continuously choosing words to reply. Ask questions. Be teachable. Laugh at yourself when you get it wrong (because you will — and that’s the fun part!).Humility isn’t weakness. It’s your secret weapon for becoming an actual badass. 💥
