Cathy Board posted an update
Hi everyone, I’m after some advice please. I am just setting myself up as a spiritual coach – both face to face and online – and I’m really quite nervous about putting myself out there. I think my issue is to do with the ability to deliver what I say I’m going to deliver. Its not that I question my ability, but its whether they question what I am offering them.
Any thoughts????

Hey Cathy, thank you so much for your willingness to come on here and open up about this. This is a safe space to share and discuss these matters so I really appreciate you extending us your faith to explore this with you. I think if you ask any Partner in our community you would hear everyone say they felt exactly the same way you did when just starting out, so what you’re feeling is completely normal, and it does pass!
The thing that has helped me (Cameron here 👋) is remembering that your insight and offerings are going to reach and impact those who they are meant to, and not everyone, and that’s okay! Not everyone is evolutionarily ready to receive and engage in work of this vibrational caliber. You can’t control how other people interpret and perceive who you are and what you offer because that is a function of their own level of consciousness and where they stand on their awakening journey, which is a function of their karma. Remembering this might bring you a little more Peace because it allows you to be yourself and to trust that those people who react negatively to your work isn’t personal, they are almost certainly simply projecting their own egoic interpretations onto the situation and distorting the Truth for illusion.
So let yourself free and help those who are ready to be helped! Those that aren’t there yet will be soon, in this lifetime or another ❤

@Awakenpedia_Official Cameron, thank you so much. You know when you see or read something and think ‘oh yeah, of course, I actually know that” and at that point you know its your truth because it resonates so well? Well, that was exactly how it was when I read your reply. I’m not sure if anyone else finds it, but I often find myself with a foot in two camps. One camp is my spiritual self, where i know all this stuff and the other camp is my physical 3D self where everything is ego-centred. That’s what I’ve been doing here. Thanks for helping me to see that Cameron, very much appreciated. 🙏

Hi Cathy, my advice is to set a goal. In September I want to connect with 4 people (1 week). Then give them you’re all. Test everything. How you present and deliver your offers, how they respond to the value in your offers. Debrief after every session. What goes, what stays. Then, set a new goal. Rinse and repeat. I hope this helps We’re in this together!

@kathryn-cartini Hi Kate, that does sound like a good idea. Starting out with 4 people who are happy to give feedback at the end sounds much better. I’m motivated now to decide how I’m going to present it and have a clear view of how I’m going to structure it. I can’t believe I hadn’t done that already. I have been burying my head in the sand somewhat but now I’m quite excited to get going. Thanks Kate 🙂🙏

Happy to hear it, Cathy. I’m not suggesting you give away your talents for free. All we do is condition people to expect something from us that’s not sustainable as business owners. But in this beta phase as you collect customer feedback, presenting a pro bono offer in exchange for candid feedback, testimonials, referrals makes sense.

First of all, congratulations on stepping into this path! Feeling nervous is completely natural, it means you care about the work you’re offering and the people you want to help.
Remember, what you offer as a spiritual coach isn’t about convincing anyone or “proving” yourself. It’s about being authentic and aligned with your own inner guidance. Your purpose.
The right people will resonate with your energy, your words, and your presence. Those who are meant to work with you will trust that connection, even before they fully understand it intellectually.Focus on your own clarity, confidence, and connection to Source. Show up fully, share what you feel called to share, and trust the Universe to guide the right clients to you. People sense authenticity more than credentials or promises.
If doubts creep in, use them as a reminder to reconnect with your practice, your meditation, or whatever helps you feel grounded. When you operate from that centered space, you’re offering more than techniques: you’re offering alignment, insight, and transformation.
In short: trust yourself, show up, and let your work speak through you. The right people will find you. 🌟 -
Thank you Katia, that’s exactly what I needed to hear. I’m going to print that out and stick it on the wall. 👍🙏
