If anyone can help me with mental blocks when meditating and trying to connect with Spirit I would greatly appreciate it. I have severe ADHD and my main issue is intrusive thoughts. Im trying so hard to be able to awaken my psychic abilities (all the clairs)….I want to be able to help people find closure and also help stuck spirits cross over. I’ve successfully helped one spirit thus far. It was beautiful. I know this is what im meant to do…I just need help. Can’t really afford a mentor..but if I could just get some pointers or anything…you’d be my best friend 🙃
