Some creations arrive quietly, almost as if they’ve been waiting for us all along. Coming Home is one of those creations for me. It came not just as a song, but as a remembrance — a weaving together of the shadows I’ve carried, the light I’ve chosen, and the healing that unfolded in the sacred presence of horses.

        The Roots of the Song
This journey began many years ago with Beauty, my black Morgan mare. I was just a child, navigating storms of early trauma, when she entered my life. Beauty was not simply a horse — she was my refuge, my witness, my mirror. She carried me through the darkest nights and taught me, for the very first time, what it felt like to be truly seen.

From that moment forward, the horses in my life became more than companions. Each one reflected back a piece of my essence, helping me reclaim parts of myself I had long forgotten. Over the years, they became both guides and healers, teaching me that wholeness is possible when we listen deeply and open ourselves to the love that surrounds us.

        The Dance in the Video
When I began creating Coming Home, I knew it had to be more than music. It had to be embodied. It had to be lived. That is why, in the music video, I dance with two extraordinary beings who stepped into the sacred circle of constellation work with me:

Aragon — the great black horse who carried the weight of the shadows: the victimhood, the scarcity, the ache of old wounds.
Finn — the luminous white horse who embodied the light: the love, the joy, the truth of my being, the hope of nature, of children and grandchildren, of life renewed.

Through their presence, the dance unfolded as something larger than choreography. Their movements revealed a universal truth: when we face the shadows honestly, with compassion, and still choose the light, balance returns. Our power comes back into alignment, not to dominate, but to serve Life itself.

        Why This Song Matters
Coming Home is my signature song because it holds the essence of my story — but it is also more than that. It is a song about all of us. About the places we’ve been, the wounds we’ve carried, and the courage it takes to remember the truth of who we are.

It is a reminder that healing is never a solitary act. All healing is relational. We heal in circles, in connection, in the presence of those who witness us with love — whether they are people, animals, or the spirit of life itself.

        An Invitation
This offering is both deeply personal and universally human. My hope is that, as you watch the video, you not only witness my journey but feel echoes of your own. That you, too, sense the invitation to step into the circle, to honor both your shadows and your light, and to remember your own way home.

I invite you now to experience Coming Home — not just as a song, but as a dance, a prayer, and a journey.
