There’s no LATER… only NOW!

We all have a little voice inside that says:

Later I call.
Later I do.
Later I speak.
Later I change.
Later I go out.
Later I travel.

Later becomes our safety net, our excuse, our comfort zone.
But here’s the funny part: later has a sneaky way of turning into never.

What we don’t understand is that…

Later the coffee gets cold,
Later priorities change,
Later the magic is lost,
Later early becomes late,
Later longing fades,
Later so many things change,
Later children grow up,
Later we grow old,
Later the day turns into night,
Later life ends.

And suddenly, later has packed its bags and left without even saying goodbye.
Life doesn’t wait for perfect timing. Spoiler alert: there is no perfect timing.

So wear the bright shoes.
Post the silly selfie.
Book the ticket.
Tell your friend you love them in ALL CAPS.
Hug like you mean it.
Dance like nobody’s watching (and if they are, make it a show).

Because here’s the secret sauce: joy doesn’t live in “later.”
Joy lives in right now.
