Women's Brain Health Part 2
Part 2: In a 2024 study, women who wore a rose essential oil daily for a month showed increased gray matter in brain areas tied to memory and emotion.
Continuous scent exposure could be more powerful than we think.
But it’s important to use rose oil that been sourced from the cleanest of sources especially if it’s going to be passing the blood-brain barrier!

Interesting… What is the benefit of Grey Matter and does it work for men?

@sebbusz It plays a significant role in mental functions, memory, emotions and movement. Several conditions can affect your grey matter, including stroke, Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimer’s disease. The study was done with women, but I’m sure it has the same physiological effects on men!
