I love The Empress, and have pulled it several times this week. I think of self-care, protection and boundaries when I think of The Empress!❤️
I think of healing with The Star card, and of speaking my truth with the seven of Pentacles.
The Wheel of Fortune is more challenging for me, but I’m learning to let go, and focusing on clarity of thought. In fact, I pulled this card yesterday!😊

@corina-soul-aligned I lost a parent suddenly and the memorial service was on Sunday.
I’m not comfortable being in crowds so I prepared myself, energetically. For me, that typically means a “self-care” routine that includes Reiki, Yoga, EFT, Tarot, Holistic Nutrition and energy healing.
I have found that visualizing Reiki symbols (like Halo) helps me better manage overwhelming social situations, so I will spend (additional) intentional time staying grounded this week.
The more grounded I feel, the calmer I am.🙏
