      Keep Listening

      I didn’t set out knowing this would be my life’s work. I just kept listening—first to the quiet tug in my chest, then to the breath of the horses, then to the people who showed up carrying stories that wanted to be held.

      Somewhere between mucking stalls at sunrise and standing in the field at dusk, I found it: the work that feels like love. Holding sacred space, letting the Healing Herd do what they do best, and watching eyes soften when a body remembers it’s safe to be here.

      If you haven’t found your “yes” yet, keep listening. Put a hand on your heart. Take one next loving step. The heart knows.
