      1) What’s one small way you bring light into hard days?
      2) How do you care for yourself when things feel busy or heavy?

      FOR ME:
      1) Right now, with current temperatures as they are in AZ, I will literally take myself out into the daylight to bring light into “hard” days. This helps me shift energy.
      2) I ensure I schedule intentional breaks during the week. This past weekend I went shopping for a Christmas gift and stopped to take a photo with a person dressed up as a snowman. (I do have a photo to prove if needed!)
