Day 1 — Grounding & Safety
Coming back into the body
Today we begin gently.
Before healing, before clarity, before expansion —
we return to the body.
Grounding is not about effort.
It is about presence.
Feeling your feet.
Your breath.
Your weight on the Earth.
Reiki supports the nervous system to feel safe again,
so energy can flow without overwhelm.
Simple practice for today:
Place one hand on your lower belly and one on your heart.
Breathe slowly for a few moments.
Say silently: “I am here. I am safe.”
