In this Reiki self-care practice, we are invited to release the need to analyze or fix what we feel.
Emotions are not obstacles — they are signals that ask for presence and compassion.
✨ You don’t need to fix your emotions — just allow them.
Take a quiet moment today to pause, breathe, and notice what is arising within you, without judgment.

Holding space for (uncomfortable) emotions is precisely that: uncomfortable!
I am currently experiencing distressing emotions such as anger (frustration) and sadness (disappointment) and I’m attempting to acknowledge and meet these emotions with divine guidance, patience and strength.
And perspective.
