This quote feels like permission.

So many of us were taught to “pick one identity” and stick with it…
the good girl, the strong one, the caretaker, the achiever, the “easy” one.

But the truth is—I am not one thing.
And neither are you.

I can be grounded “and” wild.
Tender “and” boundaried.
Spiritual “and” practical.
Grieving “and” grateful.
In the middle of healing “and” still full of joy.

And the more I allow myself to be whole, the more life opens.

If you’ve been trying to fit into one narrow version of yourself, let this be your gentle invitation today:

You’re allowed to evolve.
You’re allowed to expand.
You’re allowed to be an infinite amount of things.
