Is life unfair… or are we just forgetful?
Most of us move through our days on autopilot, collecting blessings like receipts we never bother to read.
The air fills our lungs without applause. The roof above us stands guard through every storm. Our body and mind carry us, faithfully, even on the days we barely say thank you.
And still… we complain.
We spend precious energy narrating what is missing, what is late, what is not enough.
The mind becomes a professional treasure hunter for problems, always convinced the next thing will finally complete the picture.
But imagine, just for a moment, being the Universe watching us.
You give breath. You give shelter. You give strength, people, second chances, quiet miracles tucked into ordinary Tuesdays. And the human says: “Yes, but…”If life had feelings, it might sigh and whisper,
“What else must I do to be seen?”The quiet truth is this: one of the most unfair things we can do is to live with chronic ingratitude.
So today, pause.
Look around you. Really look.
- Your home, however simple, is holding you.
- The air is still arriving on time.
- Nature is still feeding your strength in ways both visible and invisible.
- Feel who lives inside your heart and fill it with love and lessons. That includes other souls but, above all, your higher self and the connection to higher intelligence.
- Recognize the hands that helped you reach this chapter.
- Remember also the lives you have touched along the way.
- Count the challenges you have already survived.
- Notice the loyal strength in your body. The resilient wisdom in your mind. They have not abandoned you yet.
And then… quietly, sincerely…
Give thanks. 🙏✨
