• Front-Row!

I got a front-row seat to the sweetest kind of medicine: my youngest two grandchildren and their pure, unfiltered joy.

One of them gave me that serious little “I’m-not-sure-I’m-ready-for-this-photo” face… and the other one was already mid-giggle, like the whole world was one big playful surprise. And there I was in the middle—laughing so hard I could feel my chest loosen and my whole body soften.

It reminded me how quickly kids bring us back to what matters. They don’t need a perfect moment. They “make” the moment perfect—by being fully themselves.

And honestly? That kind of laughter does something holy. It resets the nervous system. It widens the heart. It turns an ordinary day into a memory you’ll carry for years.

So here’s my reminder to myself (and maybe to you too):
Find a reason to laugh today… even if it’s messy, even if it’s small, even if it’s right in the middle of real life.

Because love looks a lot like this.
