“It was one of those March days when the sun shines hot and the wind blows cold: when it is summer in the light, and winter in the shade.” (Charles Dickens, Great Expectations).

March is transition, pause and growth in equal measure. It’s beautiful and unpredictable, and can teach us a lot about rolling with the ups and downs of not only the weather, but our lives in general.

So take advantage of March, which is a month to go outside and enjoy what’s already blossoming, weather permitting. And when we must stay inside, March allows us precious moments of pause and rest before the real flurry of spring and summer begin.
