I have always been deeply curious about people.​

As a documentary filmmaker for over a decade, I travel around the world following people of different cultures, religions, and backgrounds. I have spent hundreds of hours interviewing and capturing the most intimate details of people’s lives.​

My coaching work builds upon this understanding of human behavior. I can intuitively follow the deeper story left untold, the one shaped by subconscious fears, patterns and beliefs. And that is what I help people bring to light, so that they can create the change they sense but can’t find yet. ​

Certified as a practitioner in Dr. Aimie Apigian’s Biology of Trauma and double certified as a Human Design reader, I bring together the science of nervous system work and biological trauma responses, with the energetic blueprint of Human Design and Kabbalah.
