| Intro Bio | In 2020, after leaving my career in ballet and beginning my training as a Pilates instructor (while working another job and studying to become a holistic hormone health coach), I hit a wall. I was constantly getting sick, I was perpetually exhausted and anxious, had a growing number of food allergies, didn’t recognize my bloated face in the mirror, missed appointments from brain fog, suffered chronic yeast infections, had painful cystic acne, no libido, and my mood swings were seriously affecting my relationship. I was burnt out. Thus began my journey to heal my gut, recover my adrenal health, transition off hormonal birth control, and address my mental health and personal beliefs. During this time of transformation, I began to recognize the parallels between Joseph Pilates’ work and the pillars of maintaining good hormonal health. I was also mesmerized by the phases of the female menstrual cycle and the world of self-understanding they opened up for me. My health, physical fitness, and life changed as a result of adjusting my lifestyle to embrace the work of Pilates and menstrual health. I felt like I had sprung back to life! This feeling of vibrancy, of feeling fully myself, that I had nearly forgot existed inspired me to meld all of this knowledge together into a lifestyle approach that would transform the lives of so many women that I knew were suffering from the same “normal” symptoms I had. The Spring to Life Method was born. Since then, I have been sharing my cyclical approach to Pilates training, educating women on natural cycles and fertility awareness, sharing the habits that build the Spring to Life Method lifestyle, and teaching women to work with their hormonal cycles instead of against them for more peace and harmony in their lives. |
| Fun Fact! | Before entering the health and fitness world, I had a career as a professional ballerina! I toured with the Joffrey Ballet, performed all across the United States, and traveled to Europe and Canada to train. For all the proud performance moments and lifelong friends made, there was also pain and struggle navigating a competitive and at times toxic world. I was following my dream and I’m so glad I did because my experiences then with body image, menstrual health, self-confidence, and my relationships with food and exercise have shaped my brand and purpose today. |

Reviews
| Reviews | Erin Brier I love the the Spring To Life Method App and the coaching (support and encouragement) I receive from Caitlin! Before becoming pregnant with my son, I loved high intensity workouts and weightlifting. While I still do enjoy those workouts from time to time, I have found in Postpartum I enjoy things that are lower in intensity. Caitlin‘s workouts are absolutely perfect! They always make me break a sweat and my muscles burn. Whether I have 15 minutes, or an hour, I know I can get a good workout in! These workouts have been just what I need to get back into an intentional and joyful movement routine.

| Reviews | Tina Sullivan Caitlin is awesome! I did her Postpartum Powerhouse Pilates class and it really helped restore my core after having my first baby. Her videos were easy to follow, and I learned a lot specifically from her educational videos to help me breathe correctly and focus on good form. Her program was very user friendly and I felt like I could go at my own pace, and challenge myself at the same time. I look forward to doing this program again after baby #2 and exploring more of what she has to offer once I get stronger. She is also personable, professional, and great at what she does! I believe knowledge is power and she invests a lot of her time in educating people achieve their different health goals from hormone health to pilates to proper nutrition!

| Reviews | Lily Fanok Caitlin’s Spring to Life Method has changed the game for me when it comes to exercise and women’s health. After going through burnout, post menopausal hormonal levels in my early twenties, digestive issues, etc., I was at a rock bottom when it came to movement…nothing I used to do (running, HIIT, even weights) made me feel good anymore, it was all too much for my nervous system to handle. Finding Caitlin’s method reconnected me to my body in such a relieving way – I could feel it truly regulating and anchoring me which is exactly what I needed during that time. Since then I’ve trained with Caitlin in-person and through her membership and although I’ve healed my body in all the ways, it is still my go-to when it comes to sustainable movement that feels good, improves my alignment and posture, and is regulating! Also, I just love Caitlin! She is so patient and kind and takes everything you share into consideration through her approach with you in 1:1 settings whether that be through healthy living recommendations or Pilates movements. Highly highly recommend!
