Today we will be exploring identity. In this grand masquerade of existence, we often find ourselves donning various masks, each one a story we tell ourselves about who we are. Yet, beneath these layers of persona lies the timeless essence, not defined by name, occupation, or even belief. The identity we cling to is like a coat worn too tightly on a warm day — comforting but unnecessary. When we gently peel away these layers, we discover the pure, unconditioned self, where peace resides naturally. It is in this spacious awareness that we remember our shared connection to all beings and the universe itself.

Could it be that the truest sense of identity is found in the space where no identity is needed? 🌱
