There is something so sacred about the moment before movement… when breath, trust, and presence come together.
As I prepared to dance with Aragon and Finn, I was reminded that it is never too late to step into a deeper expression of who we are. The horses have a way of calling that forward — not through force, but through invitation. They ask for authenticity. They ask for presence. And they meet us there.
So much of life is not about becoming someone else.
It is about remembering the truth of who we have always been beneath the fear, the delay, and the stories that told us it was too late.But it isn’t too late.
Not for joy.
Not for healing.
Not for the beautiful unfolding that still wants to move through you.
