A Lifetime Between Two Breaths
The first thing we do when we arrive in this world is breathe.
The last thing we do before we leave it is breathe.
Everything we call a life happens between those two breaths.
Yet somewhere along the way, we forget.
We breathe while rushing.
We breathe while worrying.
We breathe while scrolling.
We breathe while trying to hold everything together.
But we rarely breathe well.
It’s curious, isn’t it?
We spend years searching for more energy, more clarity, more peace, more connection, while carrying with us the very tool designed to help us access all of them.
Breath is the quiet companion that never leaves.
It asks for nothing.
It charges no subscription.
It doesn’t need Wi-Fi.
It simply waits for our attention.
When was the last time you truly noticed your breath?
Not because you were exhausted.
Not because you were stressed.
Not because someone reminded you.
Just because you chose to.
Breathwork isn’t about learning something new.
It’s about remembering something ancient.
A skill you arrived with.
A wisdom your body already knows.
If life has felt a little too loud lately, perhaps the answer isn’t to do more.
Perhaps it’s to pause long enough to listen to the rhythm that has been carrying you since your very first moment.
Your next breath is already waiting.

Wow!! This certainly puts things in perspective. Thank you, Katia!🙏
Thank you for this post; I know that the breath, and learning how (and when) to return to it, is one of the most valuable tools in my own spiritual toolbox!🧰 ✨
Namaste, beautiful soul sis.♥️
