Hosting my 1st Awakenpedia event!
Hey all! I’m very excited to be hosting my first Awakenpedia event on Tuesday! I’m a classical Pilates instructor and I love using the method to ground and center you, attuning you to your body, while building strength and healthy movement patterns.
Join me on Tuesday, June 9th at 3pm MST (5pm EST, 4pm CST, 1pm PST) for accessible, fun, and challenging twists on the classical mat work.
