• This was one of those moments that felt simple on the outside, but sacred on the inside.

We were gathered together before my youngest daughter’s wedding, glasses in hand, smiles spilling over, hearts full of everything words can barely hold. There was laughter, tenderness, anticipation, and that quiet mother-knowing that life was opening a new doorway.

Looking at my two daughters beside me, I felt the years gather close — the little-girl giggles, the hard seasons we walked through, the growing up, the letting go, the becoming. So much love had lived between us. Not perfect love. Real love. The kind that learns, stretches, forgives, celebrates, and keeps showing up.

Before she stepped into her wedding day, we paused together in joy.

      Three women.
      Three hearts.
      One family thread.

And in that moment, I could feel it so clearly: love becomes legacy when it is lived.
