Co-facilitated by Meg Tobin, LMHC, and Amanda Conway, this pilgrimage is designed for spiritual and natural practitioners who feel called to deepen their relationship with land, lineage, and embodied wisdom.

Held on Ireland’s wild Atlantic edge, this is not tourism. It is initiation through place.

Meg brings somatic psychotherapy, nervous system attunement, and grounded psychological depth. Amanda, an Indigenous Irish woman raised among these sacred lands, carries the ancestral memory and ceremonial reverence of Sligo itself. Together, they guide a small, intentional circle through ritual, land offerings, shadow work, and embodied practice.

We will walk sacred sites.
We will tend fire and water.
We will listen to the land as teacher.

This retreat is for the woman who already holds space for others and knows that her own well must be replenished.
