Simple truths in life lessons…
A student secretly stuck a note on a classmate’s back that read, “I’m an idiot,” and begged the rest of the class not to say anything. The whole day, they snickered and whispered, laughing at him behind his back.
Later, during math class, the teacher wrote a tricky equation on the board. Nobody could solve it……

I used to be a full-time employee in the “Hard to Breathe Department”… until I experienced Somatic Breathwork meditation.
