Growing process easy-to-understand
Imagine we are a vessel carrying stones and water.
🌚The big stones make the vessel heavy and sluggish.
They take up all the space, so very little water can remain, and our energy stays low. Light can barely enter because the stones swallow it whole.

✨ Meditation Isn’t Enough✨
Meditation alone won’t carry us to the mountaintop.
