It is truly astonishing how a calm exchange of ideas can turn into a gladiator arena the moment someone says, “I actually see it differently.”

Emotions are an experience. Not an identity.
Feelings are like pop up notifications.
Useful.
Sometimes urgent.
Often badly timed.“I am anxious.” “I am angry.” “I am overwhelmed.”
